At Smart Hair Global, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and on time. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery across South Africa.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times exclude weekends and South African public holidays. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all areas within South Africa using trusted courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us at sales@smarthairglobal.co.za and we will do our best to assist.

3. Delivery Timescales

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows:

Standard Delivery (Major Metros): 3 to 5 business days. This includes Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, and East London.

Standard Delivery (Regional/Rural Areas): 5 to 7 business days. This includes all other areas within South Africa.

Express Delivery (Where Available): 1 to 3 business days at an additional cost. Express delivery is subject to availability based on your location.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier logistics, public holidays, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order. Smart Hair Global may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions will be communicated on our website, via email, and across our social media channels. Free shipping offers apply only to standard delivery unless otherwise stated.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@smarthairglobal.co.za.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby collection point. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. Smart Hair Global is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your communication:

       Your order number.

       A clear description of the issue.

       Photographs of the item and packaging showing the damage or error.

We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to investigate the matter. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

9. Uncollected Orders

If a package is held at a collection point and remains uncollected for more than 7 days, it may be returned to Smart Hair Global. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@smarthairglobal.co.za. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
